Wow! Fake reputation trick.

First look... intrigue me. Second look... insult me.

I'm talking about the red stars at the bottom of the avatar. Nice trick but no thanks. It only works for 10 seconds

You deserve your five stars. Your post count shows that you have an even worse case of verbal diarreha than me.

BTW, how do you spell that darned diharrea, diahrrea, diareah?

ME thinks you missed the stars discussion. At one point, someone's avatar had over 30 stars on it. Mine is a throwback to the stars ratings, a joke, not meant to convey any meaning since the stars are long gone now.

If you are seeing stars, take a deep breath, and RELAX! Besides, there are a LOT of ways to get a fake reputation. Stars should be the LAST thing to consider.

                    Steven,

Now you really do look a bit odd without yours lol.

I had to look twice to see if it was you.

One time, I was at a customer, and went to WF. He saw the red screen(not my stars, but everything else), and thought "That doesn't look good". He thought I ran into a big error, but his stuff already ran fine. I guess I like the idea of no red stars. I do feel kind of naked though.

Lol me too kid. I didn't care for them much when we had them in either color to be frank about it.

And agreed! I bet you do feel a bit naked without them. But there is a solution ... you can go put something on.

              DIARRHEA

When you work in the veterinary field unfortunately you end up spelling this word almost everyday. Also, for what it's worth VOMITING only has ONE 'T'.

Now we can all rest easy.

No problem on that. Senior Warriors do deserve the stars. But I've seen a 5-stars avatar that only has 700+ post count, and signed up on June 2008

REALLY? People entitled to stars? They deserve them?

THEY DON'T MEAN SH#T when it comes to REPUTATION.

They were based on post count. Plain and simple. Post count. And now people are using them in an attempt to influence others' opinion of their reputation. Personally, I don't like it. But it's not worth getting too upset over. To each their own.

          Hey BigMike,

My father was in the Marines in the late 60's and I think your current Marine avatar out ranks any freaking stars by far brother! Maybe ad your red stars under it :-)

LOL - for those that always had the stars, no one will even notice them as being different.
For those that took the opportunity of putting up stars that they never earned as an avatar - the only reputation that they will get is as wanna-be. Might make other warriors look over their product claims very carefully. Not doing them one whit of service, joke or not. I would say that if you have less than 2000 posts and sport 5 red stars you might do yourself service by changing the color of those stars.
