Adword $100 coupon code question

Newbie here. I just created an Adword account this morning, then ran across a site that has a $100 discount code, or $100 credit code, but the link for the code at the site takes you through Adword signup, which I already did this morning. How can I get this code, and how do I apply it?

By the way, to the moderators, I put this in another forum and then realized I put it in the wrong place.

    In most cases you apply the code when you actually create the account. You may have to open up a new account using the voucher link to get the credit. However you can try contacting Google and see'ing if they would apply the voucher to your existing account.

    They are helpful and willing to work with their customers in many situations.

      I haven't set up the billing options yet, and it tells me that there will be a place to apply the code then. But where do I get a coupon code?
