Google Maps & Indexing Citations

Hi,

I created a Google Maps listing for a client that was optimized according to all the conventional wisdom. It had

o Keyword optimized categories and content
o Added 2 coupons
o 100% completely filled out with 10 photos and 3 videos
o 5 customer reviews submitted all from different IP addresses
o user content favorite places maps completed from different IP addresses
o Submitted site to Universal Business Listings for citations

The site was in the 7-pack for a week and even in the #1 position and slowly slipped down and onto page 2 of the Maps listings. In analyzing some of the current 7-pack, they have less or no customer reviews and much less listing content.

So, although the customer reviews are displayed within hours of being submitted, I can't say the same for citations or User Content (Favorite Places Personal Maps).

-------------------------------

o How long does it usually take for Google to acknowledge and list new citations?

o How long does it usually take for Google to ackniwledge and list new User Content Maps?

o How can I accelerate the indexing of these citations and User Content Maps?
I've used the Google Slingshot approach for other backlink indexing and am not sure
if it works for this application as well?

o What else can I do to optimize this Maps listing?

o Does the Google dance also apply to the Maps 7-Pack listings?

Much Appreciated

George
