Hi guys, just wanted to ask a copyright related question(s).

I just wrote a article sample for use to show clients what I have got. My question is this, can i get someone to look over my document(s), without worrying about them stealing it for themselves?

The article I wrote has a lot of "quotations" which was copied from a site for research and organizing it to be edited to my style. I kepted a lot of the quotations because I felt that the particular article couldn't be edited any better than what was already there.

I put the links from where I got all the info towards the bottom of the article. Is this a proper way to do it? Should I do it a particular way, like when you quote from a book? The quotation copyright styles' has always confused me as to what style should be used to prevent someone from accusing you of copyright infringement.

Copywriting is not copyrighting. You want the article writing section.

No. And, ironic, given your extensive use of other's articles. It's really just a half step from quoting something to death and lifting every last syllable.

Stop right there. You get about one, short, quote before pushing the copyright limit. Next, if you do quote more, try different sources for credibility sake.

Is this a proper way to do it?
No. The proper way is to synthesize a completely original thought from several sources, and write an original article different from the sources. Otherwise, it's infringement.

Fair use is what you use during your trial. It doesn't prevent you from going to trial.

Thanks for your input, I'm new to all this so thanks again. I didn't even notice the difference when I posted from copywrite to copyright, lol. I'll post in article next time.

The whole reason why I post is because I was sure that I quoted way too much. Maybe just rewrite again and try my best to make it mine as much as I can.
