Will you still ask for your commissions?

Guys,

Recently I promoted a software and make quite a number of sales.
This software helps us to make a post in the web 2.0 site automatically.
maybe some of you know the name of the product already.

While the product owner have a very good reputation in Internet Marketing
world but the product can be considered as a failure because it simple doesn't
deliver as being promised. Even worse our account with the web 2.0 site have been
suspended because of spamming....(?)

I know the product sucks big time but as an affiliate, we still entitled for
the commissions, right? I mean we spend money, time and resources just
to promote that particular product, at least we get something back.

I have tried to contact them but until now no reply from them. All I got is
email sequence from him (promoting other product)..LOL

Since I cannot get the product owner to reply me, can I ask for the $ here,
in Warrior Forum? Hey, there's a chance that he will be reading
this thread right now, right?

What do you think guys?

    Its too bad. Did you try getting contact details from domain info?

    IF you are not getting any response from the product owner why can't you post the name here? The owner may see the post here and respond.

    Did you make some affiliate sales??? Were they all refunded???

    The affiliate commissions depend upon those two things more than anything else.

      That's what I'm trying to find out from the merchant. To find out what is
      happening to my sales because the affiliate stats didn't show anything.

      Contact them few times but to no avail.

      The commission have few stages, the front-end, trial period (non refundable)
      and OTO. I'm pretty damn sure that I make sales from this 3 stages.

      I don't want to make a big thing out of this but.....
