Be very careful. Most stock image sites don't allow their images to be used in templates. The only source I know of that allows that is bigstockphoto.com. Even then you cannot distribute the source file of your template unless the image layer is flattened into the design (ie it can't be copied out of the design and used elsewhere), and you also cannot sell rights to the templates.

Most people simply ignore this when creating templates, making everyone who use those templates liable for massive fines.

This is the reason i asked. I wanted to know is there any resource I could have the images for me to do so? I mean I will be needed to distribute the templates including the images..

Small version of displayed images with a size of 640x427 pixels can be downloaded and used (subject to certain restrictions) for free. I read the terms but it is not clear to me whether they include commercial usage by selling the free images are part of templates.
