Has anyone ever outsourced EVERYTHING except for selling?

I like sales, face to face, cold calling, whatever and I'd like to get involved with offline marketing(seo, etc) but I am not that confident in my "tech skills".

I'd like to focus on getting the clients and let someone else do the tech stuff.

When I say outsource, I don't mean $3 per hour workers in 3rd world nations.

For example, what if I wanted to work with another Warrior. I'd do the selling and they'd do the tech stuff.

No, I am not looking for a JV partner in this thread. I just want to know if it is something people have done before.

Is this a doable situation?

    Yes .. it's definitely possible.

I hired Santa Claus and the
Easter Bunny ... now I sit on
my beach towel all day while
those 2 chumps work for pennies.

Excuse me now, I need to go feed
    my Unicorn.

Seriously, you will not find a high
end earner that does not know every
part of their business. you can off load
the basic stuff but you still need to
steer the ship and read the maps.

Oh for sure...........I pretty much know a lot about Site building, SEO, list building,etc..........But I don't feel confident enough to sell my skills to someone else. I can do it for myself but not for someone else. If that makes sense. I know what the finished product needs to look like.

      Thanks for the reply.

If you scan through the Warrior Forum Classified Ads and Warriors For Hire forums, you will find lots of people offering theier talents to do the technical stuff. I am sure that there is at least one or two (probably more than that) that would love for you to do the face to face selling so they could do the work for you. And most of them offer prices that you can easily add your significant mark up.

Bottom line, yes you can absolutely outsource everything except the selling.
