Minisite Formatting Needed

I have a sales letter and minisite in HTML along with order button, ebook covers etc.

I'd like to have someone do the layout and set all of this up for me. My usual layout expert is busy. If any Warriors know anyone that could do this for me at a reasonable price and quickly, please let me know.
