How can I market to a 3rd party list?

I have my autoresponder account through AWeber, and I am interested in sending a series of emails to a 3rd party list I will be buying. I will be promoting a high-end affiliate product in the money/investment niche.

I know AWeber does not allow marketing to such a list, and I do not want to come across as a "spammer" so I'm trying to be careful here. So what's the best strategy to market to these email addresses?

Should I set up a squeeze page offering a free product in my niche, and collect my own list? If so, how do I drive the "bought" email list traffic to the squeeze page, knowing that AWeber won't allow this?

    Yep you have to be careful here in terms of Spam marketing, and also purchased lists are not usually very targeted, so.

    My suggestion (and it is in advance ) It is better to spend the efforts and work building your own list from scratch.

    I say my suggestion in advance, because if you do the work Now, in Advance..you will build a list in the future

    It is risky buying an email list you don't know how many times it has been sold, if they opted in or have been scraped .if you enter them into aweber they will need to go through and confirm they opted in again.
