I started that "local business" think, done website, send email to potential clients and anyone answers. Can anybody say me what's going on.
I shoud hire native speaker or what?

Hi Mark you could go out and meet business owners ask them how their business is going. Show a genuine interest and see if you can identify a way you can help.
It's a numbers games as well.
