Help analyzing visitor stats (lame or decent?)

My blog is 11 days old and here are the stats. I wanted to know how well (or not well) I am doing. Are my numbers lame or ok?

  • 472 twitter followers (started with new identity)
  • Today's visitors: 223 (81 visits came from paid StumbleUpon campaign)
  • Newsletter subscribers: 25
  • RSS/email subscribers: 26 (feed burner shows only active feed requests, I'm pretty sure I have more subscribers than that).
  • 69.06% bounce rate
  • Average time on site: 00:02:29 (wow!)
  • 71.75% new visits
thanks for the input

It really depends on what your motivation is. Anyone can get traffic. The real question is what is your goal with the traffic you get?

The Average Time on Site and bounce rate can look elevated with SU traffic. Take a look at your SU bounce rate and you will see what I am talking about.

Social traffic IMO is worthless unless you are trying to gain steady readers.

I'm in stage 1 - building a community and consistent readership.

      What you're saying makes sense.

      Thanks you

I have to say that so far I have received a large amount of traffic from stumble upon but the traffic seems useless. Traffic generated through organic SEO and articles seems to convert best.

        Cheers
