Someone that makes videos?

I was going to create some school tutorial videos on Youtube and have the content already but was looking for a video person with reasonable rates to do the video part for me ... any suggestions as to where to find someone?

Are you looking for someone to be the talent and record the video? You might post a job on eLance or Odesk. Craigslist might work too. You could also check the Warrior Forum Products and Services section if you haven't done so already.

I am not sure yet, it really depends on the price but at the least I am looking for someone to create the video itself (I could do the voice over). I hope that is clear.

Just out of curiosity why don't you want to make the video yourself? Personally I have found that it is far more powerful to be able to make your own videos because then people get to see you and your mannerisms and what you're all about. I find that you can really connect with people when you can just look at the camera and say your message with emotion.

Not judging you or anything I'm just genuinely curious why you don't want to make the video yourself.

Hope you're having a great day!

      See you at the top,

Good question. One reason only - time. I just do not have much of it right now.

Why not try the warriors for hire section.

But if you want to try to do it on your own, it's not really that hard.
It's what I've been doing for two days now. I've been writing video scripts,
    talking points and powerpoint presentations.

In my opinion, it wouldn't take you too long to create a video.

You can even do it in less than an hour if you can write quick articles.

It's easy once you've got the scripts/articles ready.
Creating the talking points and powerpoint presentation takes just
    about 5 minutes.

Here's an easy step by step process you can do:

    1. Prepare a "How To" article or maybe just a FAQ type article.

ex. 5 Frequently Asked Questions On How To Survive a Breakup.

    2. For each paragraph in the article, get the main point or idea.
Save it to a text file. This will serve as your talking point.

    3. Fire up your powerpoint or keynote if you're using Mac.

    4. Paste each talking point in a slide. Then apply an effect.
I usually select a single effect like box out and apply it to
    all the slides.

    5. Print your article.

    6. Install a screen cam software like camstudio, jing or debut video capture.

    7. Run your powerpoint presentation while recording it in your screen cam.
Pretend as if you're doing a presentation. Read the article you printed earlier
and simply go to the next slide when appropriate.

    8. Save when done

    That's it. Easy peesy..

By the way, if you don't require a voice over and you
want to create a quick professional video, you can do
it using animoto. Just save your powerpoint slides as
jpg, upload it to animoto and apply some sounds.

This one is really easy. However, you can only create
30 seconds video using a free account in animoto. A paid
unlimited account will not have any video length restrictions
and is only $30 last time I check.

    All the best,

Wow ... you have me thinking now. I have always shied away from doing my own videos and stuck with what I know ... writing articles. Thanks for the advice.

I vote for doing it yourself no matter about the time. The video in my webpage The Conduct KNOCKOUT Broadcast Interviews System kills. It is because I am there, it is me and I represent the product like no one else can. I am not saying it is easy, but I am saying it is effective. OK, good luck, Ed.
