Market Samurai Software Question?

Has any one ever used these software and had their security software prompt that the market samurai software is trying to access things it shouldn't? Or is IE doing something wrong here?

I use Kaspersky and have gotten several messages like the one attached, any ideas on what this means?

    I've never had any trouble with MS. It does use IE for a lot of its tasks such as searching Google, etc..

    It's just your firewall asking you to confirm that you want to allow the program access to the internet. Say yes.
