WP Pingbacks

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi

Although I have been around on the net for a while etc I have only just got into wordpress for my adsense sites

Can someone explain in nice simple terms what pingbacks are, how they work and what the advantages are

Trackbacks have been so badly abused by spam that something new had to take its place. While you can still allow trackbacks on your blog, pingbacks are considered more reliable.

I am no expert on this stuff so I recommend that if you have not already visited the WP codex page for this information, then check it out at ....
