What is this error message on my site?

Hi folks,

Can someone please enlighten me as to what the problem might be as quite often in the last few hours,
my website
Top Home Based Businesses at HomeBiz-Supermarket.com
and blog
Profitable Business Ideas
is not viewable from my end here but rather, it shows "No suitable nodes are available to serve your request."

I have been in touch with my hosting company - hostgator - and they say the website and blog is viewable from their end and the problem is not from there.

They suggested clearing my cache which i did and maybe due to that or not, the sites came on for about an hour and is off again.
