Yahoo answer link not showing

I believe they have some kind of level system in yahoo answers! You need to get a certain amount of points before you can have clickable links in your text or description.

You earn points by answering questions and getting voted as the best answer.. Hope this makes it a bit clearer! Maybe they say something about this in their guidelines! But if you keep at it, you will eventually have clickable links!

i believe you need to be on level 2 before links are live

I found the rules, they are as follow:

When you begin answering, you are at level 1,
You receive 100 points just for signing up.
At level 1 you can only post 20 answers per day,
But you only need 250 points to get to level 2

- Ask a question -5 points
- Chose a best answer for your own question + 3 points
- Answer a question +2 points
- Deleting an answer - 2 points
- Log in to yahoo Answer once daily + 1 point
- Having your answer selected as the best answer + 10 points
- +1 point for every "thumbs up" you receive on your answers

So I believe the Key is to provide really good information and get voted best answer as many times as possible, and you will soon be able to have your links all over the place!

You must be on level 2 before all your links become live.
