Converting FLV files to iPod

Good afternoon, everyone!

I just picked up an WSO from one of my fellow Warriors, and I have a question. Since I carry around my classic iPod all the time and would like to see the videos I picked up while I'm at work [at lunch, of course....], is there a program [hopefully free] that I can use to be able to convert FLV files to iPod-capable videos? Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    There are lots of free programs you can use.

    Just do a google search and you will instantly get answers.

    However, expect your videos to degrade in quality unless you set the bit rate relatively high when converting.
