WP Blogs - WWW. or Not...

So what do you think?

Is it best to set the Wordpress address and Site Address URL with the www. in it or leave it as just http:// ?

I set it with the www. but I am curious what others do and why.

For some reason I could have swore I read on a site somewhere that having the www. is better for SEO purposes, but who the hell knows ;-)

Also if you look at some of the biggest blogs online they seem to have the www. in them.

    I have honestly never even thought about it. My site does not have the www but if you type it in, it goes there anyway

    Most redirects will work - but some do not. Its good to test the simple things like that out ... because if it doesn't redirect, you could be missing out on traffic

    I usually add the www. part. Mostly because I'm used to it and it doesn't 'feel' right to me if it's not there.
