Making decent blog money

How many of you making money from your blog?

It seems like it may be easier to build a community around your niche and then rotate various affiliate products as your fan base/traffic grows.

    Making money with blogs is pretty easy. You just have to get content. If you have a lot of good content then you will have good click through rate. Trickle blog posts spread out over the week that are optimized with the keywords you're targetting and bookmark them. Then you can submit articles and comment/exchange links with other blogs to promote it.

      Hi

      It depends on content and the amount of content. It also depends on how you monetize your site.

      I make money by putting up a few blogs on sub domains (that way I'm not out doamin registration expenses) put some content - a mix of my own + via RSS feeds- leave for a week to 10 days - check my stats - see which is getting the most hits and then monetize with either/and adsense and amazon ads. I then register a relevant niche domain name and self host.

      It seems to work with me so as I can focus on the ones with traffic and hence $$$ or £££'s depending where your from!
