Google 2010 july pagerank uploaded started 3 days ago.
How about your pageranks? Has it changed?

One of my sites came up from PR 3 to PR 5

but most of them didn't move at all.

  That does not happen. Google update PR every day and factor that into the ranking algorithm everyday. The "update" we see is not really an update, its just an export of that internal PR data that is old and has already been factored into the SERPS when they do the export.

  The site actually got ranked for some keywords but I think that is not because of the PR update but just regular link building
