To have an effective launch is more than simply saying: "Ok here's my link everyone go buy my stuff."

Observe how Apple launches their new products. If you notice the people at Apple aren't the only ones talking about their next big thing. Everyone is. They have created an event. They just so happen to be launching a new product around that event. They build anticipation. In my opinion. They do well at launching new products. They not do everything else great. But they sure know how to get IPhones to fly off the shelves. Another thing that they do is focus on the quality of their products. They're not perfect, but they do generally create great products.

If you follow the philosophy that Apple uses during a launch you should be able to do well. A few things that you want to have in place are Joint Venture partners, Email List, contingency plans for server failure and payment processors, a launch plan (at what time will each thing take place). During a launch there are many things to consider. Don't take it lightly or the payments will come in lightly, if at all.

If you already have a list, let them know you have something coming. You don't have to give details, just basics. If you don't have a list, start building one now. Some people like to give an overview of what is coming, then segment their list by asking those that are interested to join a launch list. As the launch progresses, if possible, get your JV partners to email their lists as well. It is a good idea to have email templates ready for your JV partners to mail with instructions on when to mail them. That way they can use your templates with a little customization or do their on thing. Also remind your JV partners anytime you want them to mail something.

Like Apple, you want to have everyone in your niche talking about your launch and your product. Make a great product or make a terrible product. I would go with the first one. During the launch process give away some killer free content. This will get more people talking.

If feasible limit the number of copies, the time frame during which the product will be sold, raise the price after a certain number have been sold (or after a certain time has passed), have bonuses that expire after a certain number have been sold (or after a certain time has passed). All of these will help add to the urgency of the launch.

There are many more things that can be included to have a successful launch, but I hope this gives you something to work with.

The most important thing is to always be ethical and honest. Do what you said you were going to do when you said you would. That way the next time you have a launch, people will want to buy your products again.

ya i have 3 questions, like i was thinking to start with clickbank but dont know too much about product launch gravity or I can say as a new guy, not too many people recognize me then how i will be able to get maximum people to promote my product...

second thing is JV partners, what is best place to hunt for JV partners except Warrior forum.

thrd how to get feedback or testimonial from big players they dont know anything about me if i approach them with soft mail still they dont have time to review my product in that case what to do....
          Thanks.

Clickbank is a slightly different concept to consider. Make sure that you follow all of the guidelines in their Terms of Service(TOS). I've never used them for payment. I just set up a merchant account to accept payments. I am not saying they are a bad choice, I just don't know too much about them from experience. However, I can still give advice, be sure to make it very easy to promote your product. Make banners, email templates and lots of other tools available to your JV's. Find products that are doing well and find out what kind of tools they have available to their affiliates, they create similar stuff.

Concerning JV partners: Getting JV partners will be a very effective use of time. If you try 100 times and only get 1 good JV partner, it is worth it in my opinion. The same can be said about building a list, it is an effective use of time. If I were you looking for JV partners, I would start by finding people that have products complimentary to yours that you would want to have promote your product. Contact them by phone if possible, see if they need help with anything. Begin to develop a relationship. Be honest with them of course, tell them you have some things coming down then pipe and think it would be a win - win situation. If not by phone, then email or even send a handwritten letter. You can combine and do all three if you want.

To get feedback from the big players a lot of times you have to be in their circle of influence. That is not a negative comment toward them, just true. There are exceptions. Sometimes they will review items for there coaching students, or if someone they know recommends they review something. There are times you can pay for "Big Names" to review products. There are sites that list pay for review gurus. I don't remember the addresses right now. Someone else may remember.

I've got to run. I'll try to give some more advice later.

There is a lot of psychology involved in a launch, and alot of it is about getting in the 'prospects' head.

A launch is literally about getting the message across in as many different ways and places as possible all at the same time. This could be using JV's, promoting to your own list (using a couple of build up emails pre-launch to create suspense), PPC and all the other marketing techniques.

Think of it just as an offline launch. Above all, you WILL make mistakes but learn from them for next time and keep the things that worked well. The basics of all internet marketing!

    Good luck

More on JV's don't be afraid to pick up the phone a talk to people. If you can contact them via phone, there is a much higher chance they will respond positively. Focus on building relationships with potential JV partners, they may not promote your stuff immediately, but if you build good relationships and have good products chances are one day soon they will promote your stuff.

One more thing I wanted to add, if you want to get testimonials, you obviously need a good product worth giving a testimonial for. Once that is in place. After you have a few sales, send a request to your customers for testimonials. Next you can offer some for free or discount in exchange for a testimonial/review. The best thing is just ask.
