one of my competitors has over 9000 backlinks in yahoo to my 1200.
This competitor is consistantly in the top 3 or 4 of google for my keywords.

I decide to check out some of his links and most of them are articles about clients suing him or the FTC fining him.

What irony that a company gets better google rating and thus gets more business for doing a bad job for their clients.

    Once I actually thought about it when we discussed some website with a fake ClickBank screenshot. When talking about it, I, of course, mentioned its domain in the post which is automatically a back-link. And it occurred to me afterwards - well, the website just got another back-link from a high quality source!

    But I never though it could result in something like described in this thread....

    That's just freaky.
