I just submitted a article to ezine do you think I should submit the same article to article base if so will submitting the same article hurt my ranking for my keywords?or should I put the article every where squidoo hubpages etc...

    Hi warrenj1979,

    Wait for your article to be approved at ezine articles before you re-submit it elsewhere.

    IMO submitting the same article to numerous different directories / sites does little harm to the "ranking" for your keywords. Plus it will help to give your site much needed backlinks.

    Do a search on duplicate content and decide for yourself.

      Do not worry about dublicate content with your articles, so long as they are original and not copied they should do well. What you really want is for people to publish your article on their blog or site, creating links back to your site. But make sure your article credits point to your site, otherwise all effort is lost.
      This is partially correct, but in reality you can post to as many article directories as you want and you will not be penalized. I do agree that duplicate content is a MYTH, so don't worry about posting your articles in multiple places.

      Duplicate content is having the same article on the same domain more than once.

    I agree with Cliff I submit to as many article directories as possible, once it has been approved at EZA. I do try to change it up a bit for my own site though.

    I just want to add that you should also get your rss feed from eza and submit that at as many places as you can as well. It won't hurt anything and you could get more traffic from it.

    Hi,

    Yes, I agree that you should wait before the EZA will approve and publish your article. Then you may submit the same article to other article directories and you won't be penalized to use the same articles.
    however, some believe that little changes can be a great idea too.

    Submitting articles to more than one directory gives your content more exposure and and it will surely increase backlinks for your website.

    It will be to your advantage to wait for your article to be approved at EzineArticles before posting it to other directories. EZA wants to be the source of an article. You can then post to as many article directories as you want to get more backlinks. Remember to exclude buzz.com maybe with others, which want fresh articles that have never been submitted to other article directories.
