Active forums that I frequently visit are:
1. Online Internet Marketing & Search Engine Optimization Forum
2. SitePoint Forums: Resources, Design, HTML, CSS, PHP, ASP, MySQL and more for your web site.
3. V7N - The Ultimate Internet Marketing Resource
4. Webmaster-Talk.com Webmaster Forum - Web Design, Coding, SEO Forums

Take time to visit those sites and you will find some valuable information as well.

yeah, i've been searching for sometime now. i under-estimated the time when i made the thread.

i thought i would see if there was an easier/better way of searching. i was using the "your site"+forum basic syntax

Try google alerts (alerts.google.com),

Set up your alerts according to the information that interests you the most. Each day you will receive an update via email of any new posts or content that has been posted via the internet. A very handy tool with unlimited uses.
