    If it's that good I wouldn't bring in a partner, I would beg, borrow, and steal to get the money to do it myself. Maybe you can find someone locally to guide you a bit, it sounds like that might be all you need.

    That's the million dollar question right there.

    The answer is "stop looking."

    If you look, you're going to find a bunch of scammers and losers.

    Stop looking, and when you're ready, the right person will show up. It will just "click," and you'll know.

    Basically, try to become the person who doesn't need a partner, and you'll be more likely to run into the right partner. Part of that will be that you're keeping different company... and part of it will be that you need progressively less and less from that partner. If your partner's 80% of the project, it's hard to find that guy. If he's 30% of it, things get a lot easier.
