I know there is elance and other places, but can you recommend someone?

Ildarius, sadly I'm unavailable at the moment.

I love doing cartoons, alas, I'm actively avoiding new clients
at the moment. I have a couple of client projects and personal
projects I need to complete before I consider any more work.

If your budget can stretch to it:
Mascot design, logo design and webdesign - SOSFACTORY- Home

Sergio Suanez is the best in the business - in my opinion.
Nobody else I've seen comes close, when it comes to mascot
design. He is the benchmark I'll be setting myself against when
I finally launch my cartooning service commercially.

Sergio is often booked up weeks and sometimes months in
advance.
