Any currently successful Mult-level marketers/Distributors here?

Is anyone currently successful in multi-level marketing and/or distribution ?

My neighbors wife goes to this beautician who get's her hooked on a product or two.

Then he tried one product and got hooked. They both start buying more and more products for their personal use, they really liked the products.

Then , when they told a few relatives about it, they wanted to try some products under their account, with them paying for some of them.

Me neighbor is just a little too accommodating and nice and I told him, "dude, you can't afford to pay for this on your limited income, if they want it, they gots to pony up."

He is signed up for some quota of purchase points every month, as a consumer.

I told him since you like the products so much, you and your wife keep ordering and trying more and more products in addition to telling other people about it, getting them interested, you should look into signing up as a distributor.

I said "look into" because they may have unrealistic qualifying quotas per month to qualify for distributor income.

"IF" I were to "think" about getting into it, the best way is to approach MLM is like my neighbor, from what I read, simply the STRENGTH of the product or products and company itself, DO NOT HINT, SOLICIT, INSINUATE OR MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT INCOME OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

So is anyone here successful at JUST that?

Are there any MLM or other companies whose product line is so strong and satisfactory itself, people simple want the product?

Which company are those, if you please?

By the way, the company of products my neighbor was hooked on was Melaleuca.

In this type of economy, thats not very far-sighted. To me, that is going to be a customer "turn-off" and if one does get customers, they will not have them for very long if a person "has to" buy, even if they don't need anything.

That cuts them off my list for potential business.

As a customer or distributor, that policy is simply pressure and economic debit commitment that is not only impossible to maintain but unacceptable.

Again, another example of how the boys at the top are not in touch with their base.

I guess as long as the bulk of the money is coming to the top, they don't have to care or be concerned of the future.

I only know a handfull of people who are successful with MLM companies. Many bounce around from one product to the next thinking its easy to build a big downline and get rich doing very little work. Sadly...its not how it works in the real world.
You can use Internet Marketing to sell products and services online but it needs to be done at an expert level. It may take 6 to 9 months to start seeing results and most MLMer's don't have that kind of time.

Thats why I am asking those that are successful for a company with VERY STRONG products minus business opportunity.

Melaleuca is one just mentioned, but their "autoship" quota requirement is simply too ridiculous not only for distributors but for customers who simply only need one or two products at their leisure.

Very few products are that great or desired whereby a customer will sign up to buy every month whether they need it or not, whether they have an abundance of the product or not.
