Recycle Your Articles - Easy EXTRA Traffic Anyone Can Do! ; )

Ok, some may know about this already as it isn't a new technique as such, but, for those that don't this is really cool and it gives you another avenue for your dusty articles! ; )
Traffic From Document Sharing!
First off, let me introduce the 2 sites in question:
Scribd
Docstoc ? Documents, Templates, Forms, Ebooks, Papers & Presentations
I use these 2 sites, mostly scribd.
Basically, over the years I have amassed a wealth of articles for an array of sites. So, 4 weeks ago I decided to upload all the articles from one particular niche upto these 2 sites, and since then I have been getting traffic daily without any extra work.
I have Microsoft Office Word 2007!
Within MOW 2007 I downloaded an addon for free that allows me to convert any document to PDF for free instantly.
So, I spent a few hours converting all my old articles into PDFs (Documents) ready for sharing.

A FEW TIPS:
1. Put some colour into the article, for example BOLDED, COLOURFUL titles. Also images if possible. This seems to grab attention when people scan the above sites!
2. Within the document make sure you have your money URL. Once uploaded to the above sites it can be clicked directly.
So, once I converted all my articles to PDF documents I proceeded to upload them one by one to the above sites.
This is similar to uploading an article, you can pick a title, description and tags. I uploaded these the same as my articles but re wrote the titles. The tags I grabbed from other highly viewed documents on the same niche! ; )
I did this with each and every document!

It was more of a test than anything else, as I had a few hours to kill. But, since uploading around 90 articles as documents I have been getting a steady 20-35 visitors every single day from these alone.
The traffic can come from many places.
They rank in the search engines (esp. Scribd)
They also appear as related documents to other documents in the same niche (just like Youtube)
So, I thought I would throw this out there and for anyone that hasn't even heard of document sharing, have a go, convert some dusty, old articles and upload them!!!
