Best ways to resell a Twitter Marketing Platfor?

Today I got an email from Offervault where they announced about Effectus. This is what it read.
"RevenueStreet, a long time Offervault listed network, is
announcing the Licensing of its New Proprietary Performance
Marketing Software: Effectus."
Seeing this, I got an idea about doing the same with my own platform, its a strong and robust platform and I keep adding new features as an when customers and users ask me to do so.
Iam planning to offer white label solutions to people who want to rebrand and market my platform.
Iam looking for suggestions from experienced twitter marketers here on how much would be a good price for this and how should I go about marketing my idea.
