Need help in selling my website
Okay guys,
I thought I would post this SOS message in this forum first to give someone a deal. I want and need to sell my website that I have had since January 2007. I have an optin list of 300 subscribers and the activity of people opting in is about 3-5 new people daily. My main source of traffic revenue is through article marketing and here are the stats.
from ezine articles only the stats from 63 active articles are:

I know I can go to a sellers forum and sell it really quick but I thought I would offer it here to give someone a deal if they want , if in fact this is the right category.
How much? I'll be happy with $150 right now.
I've never sold a site before so I'll need help figuring out how to switch DNS if need be and other technical stuff. The site is hosted by yahoo.com
