Please I really need help creating a marketplace!!

INTERNET MARKETING

Hey,

I want to build a marketplace without giving to much away this is what I'd like to do:-

Let people upload stuff.
Let people download and rate the stuff people upload.

How would I go about this?

What is the easiest way to do this?

  Sorry no its not videos its files like ebooks and people will need to be able to read the before they download.

I guess you need to go to a place like elance.com, freelancer.com and other freelance website and ask the programmer to do what you need for. If you want something cheap, try onlinejob.ph
