My first Flippa selling may be dissapointment

Hello
I have a website and want to sell. So I paid flippa fee for listing and determined 150$ reserve price!!
I made mistake I think because its high for my site.
Now I have 2 bids and highest bid is 75$.
I changed my reserve price with 85$ but I think it will not be success

Can you give me any idea? What can I do now? Should I changed BIN price etc...

    You can always lower the reserve to meet the highest bid, but I wouldn't do that until the last couple of hours of the auction as you would be surprised how many people do not want to get into a bidding war and wait until the last couple of hours to bid.

    Most definitely lower it! 25 days is WAY too long for a site selling that low. You should get it down to three days or less for the urgency factor to kick in.

      Totally agree - wasn't sure if OP meant lower BIN or lower duration...

      Urgency factor on any auction site is paramount!

    With that amount of time left you could also try listing some other sites with a shorter end time and cross-promoting so you get more eyeballs to your first site...

    25 days is quite a long time so don't lose heart!

    Yup.....3 to 5 days creates much more of a sense of urgency than 25 days. People do tend to wait till the last minute. I would not have reduced the price...I reckon you will get over $100

    I often list mine for a month but I don't see the action until the last day, but I do get more people interested with the longer time spans and it's good for higher priced sites. I will buy the featured enhancement on the day before the last to get it on the front page. The way I do it, I get a lot of views of the auction and a lot of watchers.

    As an example, I tried the urgency thing with the site in my sig. No one bid. I went for the 30 days and sold it at the price I wanted for it.

    Now I got 3. bid and it is 90$
    so I have reached reserve price.
    I changed my buy it now price 150$ to 250$
    Is it right apply or wrong?

    First of all, never ever list your website for sale for longer than 10 days. Also, flippa has been less active lately than it has ever been, so you might have gotten effected by that general slowness that seems to be going on at the moment effecting the website marketplace.
