Need some advice for my site

I am hoping I can get some good advice here.
About 2 years ago with the help of someone else I had a website created to build leads for my MLM business. The website has an opt in as well the products/opportunity links which people could click on the links and get redirected to the replicated site the MLM company gave me so that people could enroll or buy products.
The MLM company has gone out of business, but I am still getting about 3000 visitors per month and have a PR of 4, and about 1700 people on my list. I just added some adsense so I could make some money from it, but I know I am not making nearly what I could make if I had a better strategy now that the MLM company is out of business.
The website is in a very targeted niche, which is Raw, Organic, Superfoods - the site is superfoodliving dot com.
Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to monetize?
