Hello to all, my name is Fazal, I currently own a blog on make money online niche. I expect it to be ranked for this keyword on top 10 google rankings soon. I also sell others people's e-books and I'm trying to do affililiate marketing by making clickbank product reviews. However, I want to build a reputation, so do you suggest me to write about myself '' about '' section of my site. I think it would be great to let people know who I am because in a few years, I want to create my own product and I guess this is when the cash would flow in. I love teaching others how to make money online....Anyone ready to help me out?

    I would say you have a wrong perception on this whole marketing thing

    EDIT: I mean, it is not as simple as creating a product to start the money flow.

    You need to find what people want, deliver it to them and make money.

    Also, you are just starting out and I can see why you want to do something in the Make money online (IM) niche market but ask yourself this question:

    If you haven't made any money (yet) then how can you show other people how to make money???

    I don't know what else to tell you because you have LOTS to learn

      I'm making more then 1000+ a month online, as I'm mentionned I do some profits on e-books resell rights..etc. I have good content for my own blog, I've added you on skype thanks alot.

    Just write about yourself and be genuine, tell your story.

    Also how old is your blog? As don't expect to be ranked highly for "make money online" as it's an extremely competitive keyword which will take a long time to rank for even once you've mastered good on-page seo and built many backlinks.

    People get to know you when you help them. When you lead a community to help them. When you are involved. When you give to others. It takes a lot of work.

    An about section is okay, but that's not really going to do much. Write a product that you know a lot about... when you're making a lot of money, then write about it.

    Fazal, I think what you should do is to learn how to make money online before thinking of how to teach same. I understand your passion, but you need to know what you want to teach to become a good teacher.

      I would create a big Twitter and Facebook Following, create a Youtube Channel and give away some free content and training. Also used LinkedIn if you are offering any offline marketing. If you write good blogs with good content, then you are grow that as well.
      Also, "if" you are making money, make sure to take lots of lifestyle pictures to show how much fun you are having. Good luck !!!

      I am not sure if you are making money online or not, but I can tell you one thing, If you plan on branding your name as having authority in any type of niche, you have to make sure you can back it up because if you give yourself a bad name, if will be hard to gain it back. So like i said, you could very well be doing great within your niche right now, which would put you in a good position to start teaching people, helping them along, and providing unique helpful content so they start to really become a fan, but if you cannot prove that they will surely see it and you will lose them from the start.

    Here's a plan.

    Step 1: Gain expertise (in something, ANYTHING)

    Step 2: Share your knowledge willingly, and help others

    Step 3: Build a following of supporters whom you have helped

    Step 4: Tell your story - and have it spread through your supporters

    Step 5: Keep doing it

    You may NEVER become a "well-known Internet marketer".

    But believe me when I say this... you will be happy, satisfied and fulfilled.

    What experience have you gotten? how much have you made? i think you should think of product(2) you will create. this will advertise your name and work. there are some internet marketers that will not make much advertisement before they sell all their products. i think you should work on this first.

    Hi Fazal, the others here are right. Making money on the internet takes time. Start small. Create something that solves a problem that a group of easily accessible people are having. Constantly contribute value to whatever group that is. Over time, you will build a good reputation if you're truly helping people. Then expand from there.

    Help people first. Help people second. And third, fourth, and fifth. Make money sixth.

    I actually wrote a blog post today detailing kind of my personal story of how I got started online back in late 2001 and am now my own boss. It might help you put things into perspective:

    Internet Marketing Strategies - How to make money online!

    My best suggestion would be to learn from everything you can possibly get your hands on. Then figure out how to put it into action in some way or another. Don't be afraid to mess up a lot along the way.
