Sell my stuffs online in Singapore Dollars..Can PayDotCom accept that?

Hi,
I will like to sell my ebook in Singapore Dollars because I want to target Singaporeans.... and I will like to set up an affiliate system, that pays in Singapore Dollars too..

Paypal allows me to accept payment in Singapore Dollars. PayDotCom can help me in my affiliate thingy and associate with Paypal processor. Can I accept payment in Singapore Dollars using PayDotCom? and also pay my affiliates in Singapore Dollars using PayDotCom? Thanks.
