Email coaching - How much should I charge?

I sell several SEO courses and keyword tools.

When it comes to customer service I enjoy answering emails
from all of my customers.

But many of these questions are the kind that require me to
actually go into my tools (the ones they have) and provide
my professional opinion.

Some of these answers can take up to 15 minutes and with
so many customers now it's not something I can keep up with.

So the question is... What are some of your pricing opinions
by offering email coaching for say, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year,
etc.?

You could set up a membership site that teaches people with weekly newsletters. That way you won't have to answer emails personally and have all your time taken up doing that. In other words, you can get on with what you really want to be doing. As for pricing, you could have free members who only get the basics and gold members, premium members etc. and charge a 'fair' fee in order to encourage more members.

Good advice Ray. I have thought about that format as well.

I really enjoy giving personal email advice though, and each customer
has such specific and unique questions pertaining to their sites or
keywords that it would be tough to roll them into a membership.

For such instances I get maybe 1-2 in depth questions daily from a
customer, so taking that scenario, would something like $200 per
      month seem welcoming?

It is also fairly simple to set up a forum and answer the questions there so everyone can see them. Another way would be to start a new page on your website for every question you answer. Then let the readers comment and give different answers to the questions. The group learning thing will set you up as even more of an expert to your readers.

Hi Sam, yes I already have a forum set up and this works well for
my customers to discuss with one another.

But like I said, there are customers that email me personally and
ask for specific advice on their keywords, sites, etc.

I enjoy taking the time to help them but such help to date has been
totally free of charge and now with more customers and growing,
I want to keep this up, but my time is valuable and am looking for
advice on pricing such coaching questions.
