Answer to My Problems - Came Up with a Simple But Brilliant Schedule
Most beginners in IM seem to indicate that they feel overwhelmed and have trouble scheduling - I am one of them! My problems were complicated by the fact that I am a working writer and for the longest time I had trouble balancing the two out.
I came up with a scheduling concept that totally suits my needs.
Every day:
Admin stuff (check stats, emails, log earnings and expenses)
Social networking
Visit forums
Cycle through:
Day 1 - Writing
Day 2 - Internet Marketing
Day 3 - Personal Websites (work on my portfolio site, etc)
And that's it. I'm almost embarrassed that I didn't think of it before. Of course, I will have a to-do list of priority tasks each day so it looks more generalized than it is.
