Unzip the plugin on your local machine and upload the unzipped folder to your WordPress plugin directory.

As sent in the PM a moment ago:

A ZIP archive is a file format where the files are compressed to save space, and transfer faster to your computer over the internet.

I assume you're using Windows. Go to http://www.7zip.com and download 7Zip. It's free.

Once you've downloaded it, run the file and go through the setup. Now open your Windows Explorer, and find the file onlywire-bookmark-share-button.1.6.1.zip - right-click on it, and you'll see a menu called "7Zip" in the context menu.

Under that menu, there will be an option for "Extract Here"; click that, and it will unzip all the files in that location. You will now have a folder named "onlywire-bookmark-share-button" with all the plugin files in it. Upload that folder to your WordPress plugins directory on the server.

I'll post this in your thread, too, just in case it can help someone else.
Let me know if you need anything else.
