Are these Paypal case normal on launching WSO?

Hello Warriors.

Last week I launch my very first WSO. It was pretty successful. Thank you warriors!

But...


But I've got two "Unauthorized" claim by paypal users. Meaning, two people complained that their paypal account was used to purchased my ebook.

I have another niche were I sell to non-IM and never had such experiences.

So is this case normal to WSO launching or IM in general?

    I've found that it is normal, as I have had one or 2 with each WSO I have done.

    The funny part is, they complain it is unauthorized 10 minutes after the sale lol

        You can, but you would probably be just wasting your time

        Just issue the refund so it is resolved in your paypal acct and move on. Once they file an unauthorized, chances are good they put the money on hold in your account anyway.

          I've had one for my recent WSO. Just make sure you ban the email address
          and IP address.

            Yep, scum will always be scum..so just ban them and move on.

            Sometimes I'll recognize the email of a previous scammer when the sale comes through. So I just refund it right away without sending them their product. I have fun with those emails.
