How do I answer questions of potential customers?

Hey everyone,

I am running into a little issue with some of my potential customers. They are opting-in my website and are getting a free ebook, but I am getting emails asking for specifics. I am marketing acid reflux remedies and instead of them buying the product they want me to give them the answer.

How do I respond in a way to entice them to buy the product without aggravating them? Should I respond by saying the free ebook is meant to supplement the advertised product? Or should I say that all the information I have is found in the ebook and this website (the product i am selling) are better suited to provide any specific information?

One other issue I have is that I am getting a lot of opt-ins but no sales. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Sam

Tell them nicely that it's not a simple "do this and your done" answer and that you simply don't have the time to write out a full report on the issue.

Then go on to tell them how great the ebook is as a whole and why they absolutely must get it, how they'll die within 24 hours if they don't buy it now, yada yada yada.
