How do you make your legal forms?

Hey Everyone,

I'm curious as to how you handle wording the following pages.

Privacy Policy
Earnings Disclosure
Affiliate Agreement
TOS
etc.

In the past I've written up my own, but I'm about to launch a product on I've been working on for sometime and I want to make sure I'm doing it right.

Do you use software? Hire an attorney?

    Hire an attorney.

You can tell him/her your needs, your situation, your objectives, your practices and so on, and the attorney can draft something that's appropriate for you and your business.

A generic or software generated form is typically designed to handle most or average people and situations, but it may not adequately protect you if you are outside of whatever legal minds crafted the product considered "average".

The only way to really be sure is to talk with an actual attorney experienced in these matters.

You should start with some boilerplates you can get online and then have an attorney look at them for you to modify them to your needs. Will be cheaper than having 'em start from scratch.

      Is that like representing yourself?
