Ohh Shoot. I just check this and realized that the links are parsed! Let me see if I can edit the post.

    Sites are:

    enadh.com OR
    e-nadh.com

Will google pick up the e-nadh.com better for our Keyword which is NADH? Or will it not make a difference?

Just typed in "nadh" into Google and enadh.com was 4th in the SERPS... didn't see e-nadh.com anywhere. All things being equal, I don't think it matters much if the dash is in there or not. It's more about SEO, onsite and offsite.

If I'm correct, the domain without the hyphen will rank higher, all things remaining same.

yes, I totally agree with that.

Google love .com domain without hyphen "-".

    Furthermore, it looked more professional.

Thank you everyone. The reason enadh.com is already on page one is because that is existing site. They were asking if they would get higher rankings off e-nadh.com

According to all your help, they will keep it as enadh.com

Yeah, tell them to keep Enadh.com. Are you helping them with SEO and improving the site rank? I don't see much popular site with a - or weird character.

I recently watched a video with Matt Cutts (top Google engineer) discussing "Mayday" changes stating that google reads hyphens as just a space and so it carries no weight.

        However ....
Because it has one less character, enadh.com has an 80% match whilst e-nadh.com only has a 66% match. The higher the better.

I notice, searching for nadh that after wiki is nadh.com folllowed by enadh.com thats about as good as it gets. Although over time one may get ahead of wiki with strong on and off page seo.

There are others on page one, such as nadh4u (even though only a 66% match) that could outrank your client if they are are actively persuing seo.
