Is creating an account now required to post to Craigslist? Does anyone create multiple accounts and if so, how do you get around having to verify each account with a different phone number? At what point will your account get ban when you post too many items?

Actually, Craigslist never seems to work right for me. Even on the same account it asks me to verify my phone number each time I post something.

I'll use the same number to verify my account and Craigslist will tell me that the number is already being used. After which I will have to create a new account with a different phone number. Once I do that the problem just happens again.

After working around it for a week I gave up on posting too much on Craigslist.

Craigslist has gone way overboard with all of their spam filters. Even for casual posters it's hard to post these days. If you're thinking about multiple posting you really need to know the ins and outs of it or you're going to waste time and money.

Bottom line is if you don't know how to make multiple PVAs you need to buy them. And if you don't have a good source for proxies to post with, don't waste your time. CL has tons of filters that will crush newbies trying to multiple post.

Edit: You can get a free guide for multiple posting here: http://www.accountheadquarters.com/m...raigslist.html

If you really want to use craigslist the way you are suggesting. There is a tool that will set up multiple accounts and all the stuff you are suggesting. I don't use it so I can't remember the name but it costs 1k for the software... There are some posts about it in the warriors for hire section.

Craigslist do use phone # verification now so you don't want to mess around with your own phone number...it's just too much hassle.

This software also doesn't include proxies, you have to get them yourself. In short there is no newbie friendly method or software to help you.

My advice is to head over to the shadows of BHW and find someone to post for you.

I use craigslist, but you do have to be careful - just follow their TOS and make sure you don't post the same ads twice too different cities - make sure you mix them up a little, I've had some good success with craigslist, oh also make sure you post inthe right category.

How many ads has anyone placed on their single Craigslist account without getting banned?
