Internet Marketing Blog - What's its value?
Hey everyone.
I would like help valuing one of my beloved websites, one of the first I ever established and one of the main websites which taught me most of which I know today.

Unique Wordpress Theme
Approximately 220 Internet Marketing related articles written by myself, average length 1,000 words.

Have you picked the right website design
Subscribers:
The website has approximately 700 subscribers and growing each day.
Traffic:
When I used to post 3-5 times per week I could easily reach 1,500 unique views per week. If someone was to post frequently as its an established blog you could achieve 8,000+ unique views per month.
SEO:
The site has excellent rankings in Google, for terms such as:
SEO Tips
SEO Blog
SEO Tutorials
SEO Tutorial
Revenue:
I don't extensively try and monetize the website since I originally set up the site to teach others whilst learning myself. However private advertising in the past has reached $50 per month, whilst affiliate commission is generally $100-$500 per month.
I have no intentions to advertise this site for sale here, I am merely after people's opinions on the value of this website.

HELP NEEDED! My Mother And Her Brother have been taking care of the mother with the help of Hospice. He just had a Massive Heart Attack while taking a short vacation.
