Use my hosting & registration account for Offline clients?

I'm getting going with an Offline client and have 2 options:
1. Use my www.UltraFrugalDomains.com account to register their domain name and email accounts. And my Bluehost.com account to host site.
I'll bill client for cost with my next invoice.

2. Set up client with its own account at UltraFrugalDomains.com. Register domain and buy email package. This costs the same as option #1. Setting up separate hosting account at Bluehost.com would cost extra money.

I have a 12 month agreement with client. Just wondering if I should keep embedding clients into my own accounts. Thanks.

Do NOT host them inside of your account. In the long run it will ruin your reputation. It puts all the power in your hands as you own their site and domain name. It means they can't fire you because you hold all those cards.

You can get away with that move once, but after that people won't trust you. I have run into a few offline clients that have deal with the deal your talking about.

You should make your client pay for the website and domain stuff directly and have you manage it. It's a more honest way of doing business. Plus it means you can leverage all your other sites and link to theirs.
