Do you have Adobe Illustrator?

I have a .eps file with a bunch of ticket images in it. Is it possible to open it in Illustrator, and then save it as a .psd so I can open it in Photoshop with the layers intact? (I want to remove the text from one of the tickets, and Photoshop only opens the file as a single layer...)

If so, would someone be willing to convert it for me really quick?

Do you have both Illustrator and Photoshop? If so, remove the text in illustrator, copy the graphic and paste it into photoshop as a smart object.
