    You can't remove it.

I had my first negative feedback a little while back which was due to a mix up with emails not going through. Once I got everything sorted out with the buyer I contacted Ebay and asked if they would remove it. The buyer also contacted Ebay and asked if they would remove it. They said no. The only way that they will remove it if is it has been left in a way that breaks Ebay rules or is in breach of Ebay agreement, otherwise unfortunately you are stick with it.

I know it's very disappointing when you receive a negative after priding yourself in having such a good rating and pride yourself in your customer service.

Are you sure? Mine was only about 2 months ago and they said there was no way that they could remove it. They told me and the buyer that.

Yes. Its new but may have not gone into effect yet.

Another way, post a URL to the comments and have a friend report it. Ebay will warn you and remove all comments as they cant just leave one parties. Atleast its worked for me in the past.

Garrie's right about the url it will work but you get a slap on the wrist for it.

As for the new rule i think is in effect now, basically boils down to you begging to have your feedback removed as it is up to the buyer if it happens.

Any ways here is the url to the eBay announcement...

Ebay can post a statement saying that both parties have retracted the feedback if both parties agree. Ebay will remove feedback if the statement is malicious and extemely damaging, but the grade will always show up.

Otherwise, the only way to get it removed is through a court order. If it means that much to you, and you have the money - go for it.
