Need help ASAP for WYSISWYG in WSO

I need help in how to set up the WYISWYG , I have been to the knowledge base and followed what I thought was the answer but I still can not see it , would someone please enlighten me as to what I have done wrong

    Plus, it doesn't work in Chrome, or Safari.

        It won't work in Chrome. I dunno the specifics but IIRC, chrome and safari use webkit which doesn't support vBulletin's WYSWYG editor.

        You may want to use Firefox.
