Cash directly into pocket for submitting an article

Hey guys

I've heard that there are websites that buy articles for a few dollars. I'm a freelancer and I've started to get more and more work but I would like to try writing for one of these websites in between projects.

I can't find any of them though, can you help me?

Associated Content will offer you an upfront payment, if they like your article (in addition to the revenue you get for every 1,000 clicks). The upfront payment is certainly not enough to live on, though - I've gotten a few offers for $3 or $4. From what I've heard, their upfront offers used to be much higher a few years ago.

How does the performance pay at AC work? I've read that its $1.50 per thousand views. I guess my question is, what is keeping a writer from buying some of that expired domain traffic (which is real users) and sending it to their AC article?

yea I would agree with Nicole that Associated Content is not worth it anymore like it used to be. You will be lucky if they even accept your article because it cant be similiar to any other article they already have and they have a million articles on every keyword and niche possible so its tough but good luck.

He doesn't live in the US so Associated Content isn't an option, they don't pay unless you live in the States.

I had heard something like that but I wasn't sure, thanks.

I was just about to start churn out articles for them.

There are many sites that specialize in teaching you to do this. GetPaidWriting.org is one that I know of. Learned a lot from there.

I personally am not that interested in writing for cash directly anymore but the ones I did use I learned there.

    Regards,

I have a writing website that shares many free sites you can write for money online.
Send me a pm if you would like a link.

In addition to flat rate you may want to consider writing for Rev. Share also. That can be a great way to make a nice profit from articles you wrote for years to come. I have one article I wrote for example, that has made me close to $1,000. An upfront payment would have been about $15. It is something to consider.

Do you have samples of your work available?

Dependent on the immediacy and urgency of your income requirements, a flat-fee payment site may (or may not be) your best option. In those cases, while you can receive usually $15, on the spot, for an article, a more preferable arrangement, IMHO, as mentioned by lilblackdress, would be a revenue share arrangement.

Both business models are completely viable and offer something valuable to the writer, dependent on the extent of their financial need. If you NEED $15 right away, than flat-fee payment model is the way to go....however, in this arrangement, you will be rescinding complete rights to your articles. In a revenue share arrangement, however, you can earn lifetime residuals on that article, which, oftentimes, if you even have remote consideration for SEO, will earn multiples of that $15 flat-fee over the life of your article.

So, essentially, you could earn $15 now, or earn multiples of that $15, however, those residuals would occur naturally, over time....
