Problem with audio on gotowebinar...

Hey fellow Warriors

I just got a new computer, audio works fine listening to youtube and music so I have a sound card,

I just went to join in on a gotowebinar session, and got no sound through my computer or headphones.

One hour I spent, one goddam hour trying to hear the webinar and nothing.

It ended and I wasted an hour plus still no audio, would someone be so kind as to let me know what im missing in my audio settings?

Thanks guys...

Marcus

Under Audio the Audio pane, is Audio Mode set to Use mic & Speakers or Use Telephone?

There is also an "audio setup" link in that pane that allows you to choose the input/output settings.

      Hi Marcus,

All you need to do is select Mic and Speakers in the Audio Panel to connect to the conference via GoToWebinar's VoIP. Since that did not work for you I suspect it was trying to use the wrong Audio hardware on your PC. We have 24/7 toll free support that you can call from almost anywhere in the world, one of our agents would be happy to assist you with this, just click Contact Us and select GoToWebinar for a list of numbers: support .gotomeeting .com

      Thanks,

I had the same problem tonight. Not sure still what happened. I was on a webinar earlier today and everything was smooth. Then tonight I had no audio. Just wanted to share my quick fix...opened google voice dialed the number and entered the access code.

Easy Peasy...too bad I didn't think of doing that until I spent about 35-40 min trying to figure out what was going on.
